Krupa & Zubin, the founders of ZZ Architects, are wonderful individuals and lovely human beings.
I found them extremely understanding and cooperative during design and execution of the interiors of both my residence & office.
Being a Real Estate Developer myself, I have interacted with leading Indian and foreign architects for various projects of my Sterling Developers Ltd. Bengaluru, however identifying the architect for my home was very difficult. After a lot of discussion, Naresh, a renowned Architect of Bengaluru, suggested I try ZZ Architects for the project.
MY FIRST MEETING WITH BOTH ZUBIN AND KRUPA GAVE ME THE COMFORT AND CONFIDENCE THAT WE COULD WORK TOGETHER AND THE REST IS HISTORY FOR ONE TO SEE.
The ideas & suggestions of each family member were considered and included in the concept drawing provided by them and was fine tuned to perfection, so were the colour scheme and material palette. I must admit I am a very difficult man to please but must compliment Zubin in the way he has handled all of us. Architects have large egos and would always want to ensure their signature is visibly bold, however I found Zubin to be subtle and understated in his creation whereby all are happy. ZZ Architects’s boutique approach to customer satisfactory needs to be complimented in spite of being amongst the Leading Architects.
I wish them all the best and will always admire them for who they are.
