as they created a state-of-the-art floor for me at my place in Juhu. My first tryst with their work was when I was invited to the opening of my neighbour, Mr. Pradeep Gupta’s tastefully done up home in Goregaon. Their fusion of modern and contemporary elements with Indian aesthetics was unique and had universal appeal.
I could not think of anyone else to create my haven for me in Juhu. Zubin and his brilliant team worked relentlessly and took care of very minute detail that I wanted on my floor. It was amazing to watch how effortlessly he designed the two rooms into an elegant, multi- functional, modern suite with all the amenities within. The original space on my floor had a quarter of the area as a terrace. But by bringing in a bit of this terrace area into the room, he has provided me with an open-to-the-sky dinning area with a terrace view. My pooka room that I wanted in the north-east corner is one of my favorite meditating areas. His design provided a lot of openness and space movement.
The Team specialists in aesthetic lighting designs and have added a new dimension to this aspect of a home. I can still remember the initial stages of our meetings when Zubin was trying to get acquainted with my needs and
preferences. In a very fluid, dance-like movement, I made a gesture of a wavelike ceiling that I always had in my mind, in one of those meetings. He had created that same movement in the form of a ceiling structure in my room,
complete with subtle lights which are so relaxing in the evenings. My hall is different at various times of the day and night and there are different views from my study, bedroom, dinning room and pantry. The sound design on this floor has made the experience of music and movies a pleasant one. Every day, I discover a new, beautiful corner in my room, a new light scene, a new way to enjoy the space and opens of my suite. And I am using the latest technology to the maximum.
